Do not ever, ever use this business. Albert repaired my grandfather clock on January 29, 2015. The invoice stated, "Two year guarantee". I contacted him last January (2016) that there was a problem with the clock. He has made appointments for the last seven months and has not shown up for any of them--nor has he called to explain why he cannot make it. I will contact the Better Business Bureau and lodge a complaint against this business. If you want service, pass this business up because you will not get it.
Update: Aug. 13, 2016. 11:03 AM After finally acquiring correct parts and completing her clock repair, Mary Ann Failla sent me this message. "Just wanted you to know that my clock is working well. I appreciate your coming out last Saturday to take care of it".
In my reply I thanked her "for letting me take care of the clock.....and appreciate her business
Albert moved and restored a grandfathers clock. Great Great work. Responded promptly.
Albert has been working on our clock for two years and says he will deliver it soon but then finds a reason not to. We already paid for the "repair".
Like the previous person, I'll file a complaint with the BBB.
My mantle clock was a gift from my Mom so it means a lot to me. Alberto came by and gave me an estimate to clean, repair and adjust as it was barely running. Took a while to finish it but was well worth the wait. It now keeps great time and the chimes remind me that it was a gift from Mom. Alberto I thank you for a job well done
